Wuhan Lear-DPCA Electric Co., Ltd., established in 1994, is jointly funded by Lear Corporation Limited, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd. (DPCA), and Societe Generale, with the registered capital ofUSD 8,000,000, and the gross investment of USD 19,000,000. In 2005, its shares held by Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd. (DPCA) and Societe Generale were purchased by Dongfeng Motor Industry Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. with a proportion of share of 25%.
